REGISTRATION INFORMATION

The conference will be open to a limited number of participants (130) which will be selected on the basis of the registration date.

Participants are invited to check carefully the instructions for registration and payment below on this page. Please note that the Registration is considered fulfilled only after the payment of the fee. An email will confirm you the full registration to the conference.

***STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF THEIR STUDENT STATUS, by sending to theobio2015@gmail.com a presentation letter from their Institution. Student registration is available for undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students ONLY.

To proceed with the Registration to the Theobio 2015, you should follow the Online Registration link and you will have to fill-in a form. Make sure to include your name, address, affiliation and other relevant information. Then you have to upload the payment receipt and make sure to fill-in correctly the “billing address” box, as this data will be used to address your invoice.

If for administrative reasons you need a pre-invoice send an email request to theobio2015@gmail.com including all the relevant information.

The only accepted method of payment for registration to THEOBIO2015 is by bank transfer.
